Clark Memorial Library is proud to offer both print and digital resources and engaging programming for our adult patrons. We also have a number of organizations our adult patrons are able to join: from the Bethany Library Association and the 1937 Legacy Society to the Arts in the Library Committee to our Friends of Clark Memorial Library, these organizations help the Library by raising awareness and through fundraising.

Programs
We offer many programs for adults throughout the year both in person and virtually. Here at the Library we offer traditional programming including a monthly book club held in the Community Room on the first floor of the Library. We also offer multiple virtual author talks each month that you can enjoy online from the comfort of your own home via our LSC co-branded portal. To find out more about a specific program or any of our upcoming programs, simply go to our Events calendar.
Activities

While we offer adult programming throughout the year, we also have the puzzle activity area at the top of the stairs where a puzzle is always available to work on. This activity is great for the mind, calms the sprit, and souths the soul. Sit and relax in the sun while you take a turn at working on a puzzle.
We also have puzzles available for loan.
Come and work on the open puzzle or see what we have to offer and borrow one to work on at home!
Print Resources
The second floor of Clark Memorial Library holds all the print resources for adults. Periodicals and books on local history can be found across from the Teens & Tweens area, next to the biographies, DVDs, and audiobooks. On the other side of the floor, you will find our fiction, non-fiction, science fiction, large print, and mystery titles. Additionally, you will find displays of “read alike” books (featuring books by other authors in styles similar to popular authors), themed displays featuring timely topics and relevant titles, topical displays of featured non-fiction subject(s), as well as new books in both regular and large print. We have two computer terminals for searching our catalog and a circulation desk on the second floor as well.
Digital Resources
Our Digital Branch offers a font of resources that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – all for free! Simply go to the website, or download the app if needed, and begin searching for your next video, documentary, ebook, audiobook, comic, craft, or personal development module from the many resources provided. Each resource has an outline of how to access, but if you need ANY assistance, our staff and librarians are always happy to help – just stop in or set up a time to meet with someone on staff to help get you going on the digital highway!
3D Printer
Clark Memorial Library is lucky to have its own 3D printer! Located in the Teens and Tweens area, this printer requires you first be ‘checked out’ on the printer by attending an information session – which can be set up by emailing ClarkMain@bethanylibrary.org. Please note our pricing and policies for use of our 3d Printer.
